Sutton Hill Apartments are not a very good place to live. The management changes with the seasons so do the rules.
I have been waiting 3 months now for new rollers to be put on my deck door; the only thing stoppinge from doing it myself and charging them is I don't know how. They are more concerned with flipping apartments because people dont stay long.
Drug deals happen in the middle of the parking lot and they turn their heads. If your in Des Moines Iowa or looking to move here do not move into a Hubbell owned property, they only care about the money and the homes are put up in no time....wonder how good those are lol
