Would not return calls. We tried for three days along with Amazon trying.
This has been the worst experience.
Thanks to Amazon, they canceled and refunded our money, plus gave extra credit for our next order. I would never recommend using this company (Hub Group) to anyone!

Very frustrating
Merchandise was scheduled for pickup May 1. It was not picked up.
Company was contacted via chat line May 2.
Agent said a representative will call within two days to reschedule pickup. I have not received a call as of May 6.
Preferred solution: I want them to pick up the merchandise.

This company is horrible! If you can avoid them, do it!
They delivered and installed a dishwasher that I purchased from Costco and ruined my countertop. They took a 3-inch gouge out of my countertop right above the dishwasher. Upon filing a claim, I found out that the installers took before-and-after pictures of the dishwasher and countertop, and I was informed by Costco that the pictures clearly show the damage was not there in the before pictures. Yet, they are still denying liability!
My advice is to take lots of before pictures of the area in which the installation is happening (which I'm thankful that I did as well since they won't share their pictures), and file a report with the company you bought the appliance from, call your insurance company but also get their insurance company information, and then file a complaint with BBB. They are the worst and you need to make sure that you have proof on your own, including video and pictures. My ring camera picked up the installers saying that they messed up my counters!
I can't wait to show them the footage! Stay far away from this company!

Consistently the WORST delivery company I've been FORCED to use
I have dealt with several deliveries from the Hub Group. Most contracted by Home Depot.
They are absolutely the WORST delivery company I've ever been FORCED to use.
Purchase something from Home Depot that requires delivery, the opportunity to choose the contracted delivery company is not afforded.
Most recently, I purchased a dish washer from Home Depot. The delivery date was about a week later (way too long). On the delivery date, the Hub Group showed up and I watched from my house as the delivery men thrashed the dish washer out of the truck. At one point, dumping the dishwasher on it's side.
When the got it to my front door, there was a very noticeable dent and scratch in the front.
Of course, I declined the delivery and had to schedule a replacement delivery. About 2 weeks later.
So we waited nearly a MONTH from the point of sale to have the dishwasher delivered TWICE.
On the second delivery (yesterday) the delivery/installers came inside the house, looked at the existing dishwasher and proclaimed that the new one would NOT FIT.
They gave me a word salad about why the new dishwasher would not fit and returned it to their truck.
I contacted Home Depot as well as Bosch (the manufacturer). I gave the dimensions of the cutout for the dishwasher and was told that it should fit with no problem.
It did not matter as the Hub Group refused to bring the dishwasher back and install it. They just didn't want to do their job.
Later that day, I went to Sargent Appliance, gave them the dimensions of the cutout and told them which dishwasher I wanted and was told that this would not be an issue.
The delivery of the SAME dishwasher is now scheduled for tomorrow.
I will follow up on this review to report on the installation and why the Hub Group is oblivious to Customer Service. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Won't Pay For Damages
Delivered new washer and dryer from Home Depot and damaged our driveway and lawn. We agreed to a lower amount to repair it and they will not send a check. They been stalling for 10 months.
Watch out on this outfit.

Item was damaged when it arrived. I called and they informed me I have to contact somewhere else for a replacement.
The delivery was from them so they should be doing this. I couldn't even get through on the phone, so I tried to access the website from my phone and of course it was not user friendly for the chat option.

If I could give a NEGATIVE ZERO I would all day long. I ordered a mattress /box spring from JC Penny who contracted my "white glove" delivery service out to HuB Group who has an address in Chantilly VA on their delivery receipt that was emailed to me.
This company contracted my delivery with Guardian Logistics Solutions (isn't that name a joke) because they are not a Guardian or Logistic or Solutions delivery service provider from my experience and the address on their delivery receipt was in Durham NC. They came to my home while I was at work today and decided to leave the mattress and one part of the box spring order on my deck (trespassing) after that very hard rain we had yesterday. I called both Hub Group and Guardian and found the lack of concern par for the course which gave me better insight on why the delivery person (s) was so comfortable in doing what they did. First thing is the delivery person (s) did not have my permission to leave a mattress and half of the box spring order on my deck as I would NOT have allowed that, but they did AND then they signed print and signatured my name, date and time as if I had signed for the delivery??
Then when I questioned my name being forged on their paperwork they said the delivery person said they spoke to me and I said leave the mattress / half of the box spring on the deck". Now that is an outright LIE. When calling Hub Group the person said it would be escalated with an attitude as if I dropped the mattress off on the deck. When calling Guardian they said the delivery person said "They had talked to me and I told them to leave the mattress on the deck because I REALLY wanted it today".
Think about that for a moment, would I REALLY be calling you about the mattress / half of the box spring order that was left on my deck if I gave permission to leave it there?? They said the person said they had spoken to me, which is a just bold lie. No one spoke to me about the delivery of this mattress today. The nerve that someone would lie about speaking to me when they had been calling my home phone (which is the number on the oder) AND I was at work today so I don't know who they spoke too but it was not me or anyone else in my home.
But of course that person know that already and felt comfortable telling the lie because clearly this is the culture there.
Listen, if you are ordering from a company large items go ahead and ask them upfront who they are using for delivery services and RUN not Walk if either one of these names are given. Tell them to get you somebody else.

My apartment caught on fire and Ive been staying in a motel and my family since my check to me do you guys and I still did not receive it they said they attempted to deliver it is there anyway that I can pick it up from the UPS tomorrow

Been having issues Ive tried and tried calling no one ever answers the phone. Hub group needs to be there for its employees.
