Human Technologies, Inc. employment is a joke.
HTI called me 3 times and I had left a message that I had a job, they called me two more times after that and wanted to know if anything had changed as far I my job.
I was not happy at the one job I had, so I figured I'd just go with them and leave my job. I mean why would they keep calling and say they were really impressed with my job experience and my resume if they were not going to hire me.
I took the test they had and the interview they said I did really good and they should let us know some thing within 2 days.
I should have known there was some sort of scam going on when 1. They called another person to supposable give them a job. I have work with enough companies and many of them fortune 500 to know you do not have a conversation on the phone, when you are screening other employees in the same room.
2. They don't return phone calls (so evidently them either get paid by the number of test and interviews they do are they got sucked up into the black hole in outer space) because when I tried to call them they will not answer even when I leave messages.
The funny part is I have work in the auto industry for over 26 years which is what they where hiring for.
I have a great job (NOT with HTI )and they are still running ads for help. I want to tell people about this because it's hard out there getting a job and no one has time to waste or get hopes up for a company who does seem to care. So if you come across a posting from HTI and it say direct hire and benefits run the other way as fast as you can!!!!!!

I AM OUT OF WORK FOR MONTHS EVERYTHING THEY DID IS ILLEGAL AND I INTEND TO BE COMPENSATED ... THEY ARE A HORRIBLE CO.
