Htc mail app problem
Dear valued htc,
Recently, I encountered an issue with htc mail app in cell phone. While I tried to set up an account by IMAP through Yahoo server, it went correctly in the first step.
Incoming server setting;
- IMAP server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
- Security type: TLS
- Port number: 993.
But, for outgoing server settings all mentioned port number below never did work properly;
- SMTP server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- Security type: TLS
- Port number: 465, 587, 25, 2525.
By considering the above explanations, I would kindly request for an urgent assistance on behalf of technical support shortly.
