Health Research Laboratories HRL.com CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSES TO LET CUSTOMER SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR!
I order products from this company and received email saying shipping is behind. I replied to the email stating specifically to cancel the order.
instead of canceling they shipped it anyway. I refused the package unopened return to sender. I called today to customer service and spoke with Adam who told me return to sender is not recommended said I should have called in and received a return confirmation number to write on the package. I advised this info was NOT in the email to me and I asked to speak with a supervisor of which Adam stated this is not a manager call.I asked multiple times Adam are you refusing to let me speak with a supervisor is this your company policy?
He kept saying this is not a supervisor matter they are going to tell you the same thing. I told Adam now I am pissed off you are refusing to let me speak with a supervisor. I wind up hanging up on Adam and called right back. I spoke with Nick who checked with Adam on my call and Nick states this is not a supervisor matter the supervisor is very busy!
I said to Nick the issue is Adam pissed me off I understand the return policy what I want to speak with the supervisor on is this should have been stated in one of the email correspondences I had with a rep who did not sign their name to the email and again given the sob story this is not a supervisor call. I blew up on Nick and advised I will post on Facebook Twitter and every where else I can think of this company refuses to let client speak with a supervisor. He states super is very busy and will tell you the same thing. I spent 25 minutes trying to get a supervisor!
I advised if they sooo busy have them call me back and if they don't I am posting every where the POOR service. I was advised the super heard the call and is not so busy after all to take my call. I advised Melissa the request was to advise they need to tell people upfront in email correspondence how to return a package and a customer service rep should never ever state it is not a supervisor call I don't care what the issue is point blank! I understand the return policy now which is way to late to help me!
I will never do business with this company again! POOR Customer Service all the way around!
