When I purchased this hp I had no idea that I would spend over $1,200 after all that said and done for a worthless piece of crap. Then it finally came and the fun(?) started and hasnt let up. I have been around computers for 25+ years. I was so good at it that I could fix my own software problems. In the picture it shows a D drive. Yah, like that works. I tried to contact my printer and no go. Yeah, now I am way passed pissed off. It would appear that any hardware isnt hp, then dont bother. Its a tower with wondows11. But it doesnt have Office or Word or any editing program that I can find. I saved a long time for these pieces of crap. Buyers remorse, you bet! If you can believe this, it doesnt even have Media Player!!! GRRRRR! I especially dislike MS more than I can express.

I purchased a hp pavilion with a 90 day full warranty/return I didnt know all the kinks yet so I call for advice customer service go straight to being negative and stated you have a problem with the software lol that was a lie because I solved problem myself by figuring it out on my own , they wanted to charge me $109.00 when I had full warranty so I asked why do I have to pay if I have a warranty they stated oh because you purchased it back in June that was a lie I have the receipt 8/6/22 then I get put on hold for 30min this company is untrustworthy they do anything for an extra dollar not only that I got hung up on when I asked to email my receipt as proof.I wonder how on earth did they come up with there own date of purchase and ridiculous fake fees when the very first person I spoke with explained that I have coverage but it all changed down the line?
