Instant ink program increases and scam

I bought an HP office jet pro 8034e printer which included one free year of ink but you had to sign up for their instant ink delivery program.did.i received one color pac and 2 black but I think I purchased one of these black because it wasn't sent in time.in Feb28,I went on paid at $7.57/mon, inc May 24 to $8.65 and inc Aug 25 to $21.64.i received no ink during paid period.when I called to complain,I was told usage increased but as an individual it isn't much and I know how much paper as well as not needing ink I've used.apparently no credit is given from low usage months towards higher usage months.also if I cancel,I was told I'd have to take out my existing cartridges which I'd met the qualifications for and buy new ink with no credit for what I'd paid or ink.

Monthly charges keep increasing though no ink sent but to cancel you can't use free ink included with purchase tho I more than met requirements for itsent

Purchased brand new printer and it doesn't work

I purchased a deskjet all in one printer. i didn't know I had to be subscribed to the instant ink.

I have not been able to use the printer one error after the other. I heard there was a lawsuit filed against hp because of ink issues and connections issues .4122 deskjet

Sudden inability to connect to wifi network or any other way

I hace an Envy 4500 printer that has caused me many hours of total aggravation. If I dont use it for 2 or 3 weeks, the ink cartridges no longer work.

It ends up costing me about $5.00 per page to print anything. Now, it will no longer print anything and the terrible tech support only keeps steering me to join some kind of membership for $10.00 per month. I will never buy another HP printer again. The model I had before was just as bad.

As far as I am concerned, they have no useful tech support. I am going to try another brand and hope they have support.
