Am Pissed because apparently HPI changes nitro engines so often, one has no choice but purchase a new one (probably NOT HPI either) and figure some d^*n way to make it work. Pain in the butt!!!!!
So am resigned to just "cram" something in there, or throw the WHOLE d%$n car in the trash, pick up a new hobby.
Read "reason", above.
And the particular engine that came with it is widely panned as not even close to their best.

Purchased old used HPI RS4 for a good price..
I am very happy with this car; but when I went ti rebuild it the motor mounts were cracked and would definitely break when used.
So the motor mounts couldnt be found old or new.
After contact with an HPI representative I start seeing the piece for almost double of new model year car priced motor mounts.
Ive been looking for parts since before the Pandemic.

I need gas engine motor mounts for rs4 car
. I crashed it ; on my first drive ; didnt expect it to be that fast . Ive been rebuilding it.l Need nitro engine motor mounts.

Company very difficult to get in touch with purchased $500 truck and can't contact them
HPI racing forwards you to or only list another company called hrp which stands for Holly racing professionals which are very far from what they are they tried to sell me $40 drive shafts that I can buy on Amazon for 12:13 my concern is I just purchased the truck and before I even use one battery to drive shafts break and a tire reps so now I'm stuck with the truck that sat on the shelf for 3 months and absolutely no response at all because I can't reach them hrp tells me yeah we've got this stuff yeah it's $37 you can order it online why would I order it online when I shouldn't have to pay for it and I can't discuss it with HPI so I'd like to be able to file against them in court and can't even do that because they won't provide the information and I can show you and give you the email that they sent me that says oh well we don't think they'll be any help to you either but we can tell them to you for this price and I'm saying I don't want to purchase anything from you I want to be able to sue HPI for what's happened if you can help me in any way I'd be grateful please and thank you
