HP doesn't want you to call them. On there website, we don't give out our phone number, please send us a message. I was able to call them with the help of pissed consumer :)
No help with my pcm not sending 5 volts to the sensors. I asked if they could save the engine calibration from the bad pcm then install it in a new pcm.
We don't do that. I was told, go to my local dealership and purchase a new pcm. As I explained, my 19 camaro ss has been highly modified. Still, we don't do that.
I asked if they can build me a new pcm? Can't do that either. I had to ask,what do you do?
We unlock computer's, now that they'll do. So will any local tuner.
