Keep having to tell them to cancel my account. It's been about a year now still keeps charging me.

HP instant ink is horrible. If I could give zero Stars I would. If I could actually just like their *** on fire I would. All their products do is invade privacy. Always listening always recording always turning on and off by itself. They charge you for pages that came...

I have and HP Lap top and find it impossible to talk to an agent. I would like a remote assist. This is frustrating because the service was always good.

My warranty expired a month ago. I purchased a 1 year Post warranty plan so I could get some help solving my problem. Windows 11 latest security update will not download. I even had a error code number and all get is a virtual assistant that has yet to be helpful. $63.99 spent for a lot of frustration.

User's recommendation: I really like my HP lap top but probably won't purchaese one again. If I can't get help assistance when I need it.

Frustration

I bought a HP Printer Envy for my MAC in October. Since purchase it has not printed in color. I have did virtual chat, tried toooooo many times to speak with someone. Did diagnostics and there is no selection for color.I even did the remote without any resolution. If they cannot solve the problem, who can. I want to return it because it has never worked and does not seem to have a solution. I bought a printer for black and color printer not just black. Trying to reach a customer service rep is impossible. You become so frustrated and give up which is probably what they want. If I could rate them degrees below 0 I would. Where do I return it to be reimbursed. If it is not suitable for a MAC it should be clear.

User's recommendation: If it doesn't work return immediately.
