Needing help to reconnect to wifi
I neded a new router and manged to reconnect all husehold devices except the printer! I tried the virtuial assistant who sent me round in circles providing the same irrelevant information. The website is no help and the printer set-up screen on the laptop does not assist - suggesting connecting the laptop to the printer with a USB cable but the printer has NO USB port! I have lleft 2 exasperated voice messages and no one has returned my call. I don't think anybody actually works at HP . Totally exasperating and will be looking for another brand to purchase new rather then reinstalling this one as the service is non existent.
User's recommendation: Avoid HP unless you can fix every tech problem yourself.

Nothing but problems trying to get ANYONE PERSON who know anything about what is going on. Keep getting different information for each person I talked to. Lots of hold time

I went to the HP website to have my printer put online at that point I was sent to the technical support they told me the service would cost me 6999 to bring my printer online I gave them my card number they only charged my account 5408 They called me the next morning stating they didnt receive a payment at all and wanted another payment Of 6999
User's recommendation: HP IS A RIP OFF BEWARE OF THEM.

New printer not working properly
Cannot contact HP by phone or PC, no one answers. Website will not accept my password when I sign in; I have the password written down in case I forgot. Checked it, I put in correct password and site tells me it is incorrect.
