The owners user hard-core profanity towards it employees, and customers, their cars are never well-maintained, One time I was on my way to the airport, and the two car came to get me ,but both cars broke down, missed my flight, what a mess and who want to work with a bunch convicts, the wife is nothing but a lying stealing, thief, Check out her public record and you tell me if you would like to deal with a criminal. I sure would not definitely want to deal with a criminal, Check out her name on Google LYINDA SILVESTRO and read about and determine if that's the kind of human being you want to deal with?

Do not use Hoyt Livery in Connecticut
Having used many livery and limo services all over the world, Hoyt Livery (New Canaan CT) is by far the worst.
Inflexible and unwilling to work with clients other than on their terms. I tried using Hoyt on a recent European trip. When my returning flight changed due to business issues they still charged me for the unused airport pickup ($200+) and refused to discuss, credit or adjust the cost.
There are at least 5 other car service companies in Fairfield County.
Do not use Hoyt Livery. Use any other than Hoyt (Rudys, Nutmeg, Leros, Fairfield are all reasonable and comparatively priced).

The owners that you are referring to at Hoyt treat their customers with a great deal of respect and want all of their customers to receive the best service possible. Based on the information you provided, in order to "right a wrong" we would need some more information regarding your recent trip.
Perhaps a phone call regarding your dissatisfaction would have been more productive. Hiding behind a screen name can't help them help you.
