It is very good work and pay, but the bosses only see you as their money-maker. Half of the supervisors are on drugs, even though they have a zero tolerance rule that would lead to termination.
They'd rather sweep things under the rug than actually deal with the problems on the plant. Drugs have been found on the premises and nothing was done.
Preferred solution: Them to do their jobs and stop favoriting certain workers.
