Howards furnitures only proactive time they reached out to me to resolve the issue was right after I filed this complaint. They had no dishwashers in stock that had a handle on the door.

They tried to exchange for another dishwasher but was a lesser value and quality was less. No discount on delivery, warranty, install or product.

Just you need to wait. Well this Friday will be the end of the 6th week and no call or email from them stating the product is in stock.

I called the following day and was told just to wait. 10 mins later after we hung up all of a sudden they want to see if we can do an exchange.

Problem was they did not have 1 whirlpool, KitchenAid or any other brand with a towel rack and same specs in stock. So now I wait the 6 weeks which will be next Friday and more than likely cancel my order for a full refund since no reply from the vendor. Do not waste your time with special orders through Howards.

Horrible communication. In fact none...unless your call yourself

I ordered a dishwasher 1 month ago. After 2 weeks I emailed Howards customer service for a status on the delivery.

Took a week to get a reply from Mariel who said she messaged the vendor. Delivery date has been pushed back 3x since order. Mariel has never replied back to me. I called in and that person said it was the 14th and these special orders usually come in within 2-4 weeks.

We are now in week 5 and no follow up from Howards customer service at all.

Will wait till this Friday and then cancel my order if not scheduled for delivery and install by then. This is my first time going through Howards and will definitely not be back.

Misbranding

I purchased over $17k appliances from Howard appliance. They told me that I will get rebate from Samsung and from Howard.

Dawn Cantu even entered appliances sr#. I received an email from Samsung that my place of purchase is not from authorized dealer. I called Dawn she told me she has reached to Samsung rep. I got the second email with same message.

There is also no word from Howard. Additionally Howard had to refund for a product returned and there is no response
