Resolved: Quality complaint
- - We bought Hovis Tasty Wholemeal Bread at Tesco Extra Store Watford, best before 02/September/2022.
- - Next day fungus was found on the bread.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Hovis in the first letter apologised and in second letter they asked me to send the details of the product including use by date and bread slice in order to investigate.
I sent in their prepaid envelope. In 3 days time I receive another detailed letter with an apology and £ 10 voucher for inconvenience..
Recently we bought Hovis Tasty Wholemeal Bread ( medium) from Tesco Extra Store WATFORD with best before 02/September/2022 . On the day of purchase it was good in every respect BUT next day we found FUNGUS on it .
We were shocked & surprised. Kindly look into it and expecting a reasonable reply ASAP.
Preferred solution: Full refund & compensation for inconvenience
