I was promised a refund and still none 3 months later
I ordered 2 night stands June 21, 2022. The first one came and was broken so i cancelled the 2nd one since the quality wasnt good.
They wouldnt send me a label for the return so i sent it on my own and had to pay $90 out of pocket. They still send the 2nd one so i returned it and was promised a refund and still havent received it.
I call every week and get a different excuse everytime. My next step is to file a lawsuit but i just want to warn people to stay away from this company!!

Hello,
Please refund my money back to my credit card. I'm
very disappointed to hear that Houzz along with
Amazon, Waifair, Qilt and Walmart all did the same
thing to me.
All of you took the same order for an item
you showed up available on line so I placed the order
and you took my money. What troubles me the most
is that this situation shows absolutely no customer
service whatsoever. In fact what makes you all the
same is that you all waited until I called to check on
the status of my delivery because it was late then you
tell me you are going to research to find out what the
issue is only to find out that the order has been
canceled or the item is not available at this time.
Amazon, Wayfair, Houzz, Walmart, and Qilt. Qilt did it
2 different times to me.
Here is a tip for all the stores I
mentioned.

My unassembled rocking chair arrived in good packaging. However, the right rocker leg has a long, loose crack in it that can break off easily.
I want a new right leg or a partial refund to fix the cracked leg. The customer service live number only has a recording that only online help is available.
I tried that several times and the questions keep repeating. I'm a senior, partially blind, on fixed income in HUD housing, still in lockdown.

Verified ReviewerDefective Safavieh Rug - Ridiculous Shedding
Resolution Update: April 23, 2020Two days after posting original pissedconsumer.com review and forwarding link to Houzz Customer Support, I received a call from a customer support team member. He was highly apologetic and offered full reimbursement for the defective rug, asking if we were willing/able to dispose of it ourselves.
By mutual agreement, Houzz will mail a check for the balance due. Note: I included the recommended rug pad in total amount of $1113 - the rug itself was $849. I did not quibble about the pad, we will likely reuse it with replacement rug. ADVICE: If you see problem shedding in rug reviews, don’t buy the rug.
Also, you get what you pay for. Although it included sale and discount, $849 is the lowest price point we found for a large 100% wool hand tufted rug. We researched Safavieh, thought they sounded like a solid, socially responsible company. Just did a quick search, top result was D- rating, Better Business Bureau.
Went to Safavieh website and reading between the lines, knowing what I now know about this product, I am curious about ethics of manufacturing and will avoid buying anything from them in the future. Thank you pissedconsumer.com for facilitating response from Houzz and thank you Houzz, for resolving issue to our satisfaction.
March 2019 - Purchased Safavieh Anatolia hand tufted wool rug. Shedding seemed like more than it should have been but product use &;;;;;;;;;;;;; care info indicated it was normal - at first.
Nine months later it was just as bad. Three vacuum canisters full in one vacuuming (weekly). Fiber shedding on wood floor within hours of vacuuming. Safavieh would not honor return because it was outside return policy.
Houzz would not honor return because Safavieh wouldnt. At first they offered a $129 refund ($850 rug). After pointing out lung health concerns they offered FULL refund IF WE DONATED TO CHARITY/THRIFT STORE & showed receipt. WHAT???
I replied that it was even more wrong to suggest that people who shop at thrift stores should live with defective rug. Worse yet, a family with children crawling around and sitting/laying on rug should not breathe those fibers. Houzz promptly sent the check for $129 and has yet to respond to 5 attempted contacts.
We will NOT donate rug and have not cashed the check. We want a full refund for rug and rug pad (recommended to prevent shedding).

Unable to return damaged LED Lighted Window Flags
On or About the first of July 2020, I received window Flags from HOUZZ that were defective and what to RETURN same for a REFUND. A reply came from HOUZZ on 07/15/20.
The requested Info. was sent to HOUZZ on 07/16/20 again on 07/23/20 again 08/06/20, and NO RESPONSE?
All I want is to return the flags and put the refund back on my Credit Card. Is that to much to ask for?
