PAID $00 FOR NOTHING

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Paid 400 for nothing! Complete confusion from the beginning.

They would send emails stating what i needed to do. Since it was not clear, I asked about it. "Troy" told me a different version than what his email said. When i tried to clarify it by stating the differences, he didn't get it and just went with what he just said.

When i would chat with another person on another day, they didn't have any knowledge of what i was talking about.(These employees have an East Indian accent, which is fine, but it made me think that they weren't located in the US and all of them had americanized names). I did not get one phone call from the Realtor i was supposedly working with, whom by the way, was located in California while I'm in Fla. The property was supposed to be listed on 2 MLS platforms and the 2nd one just constantly showed as pending. I tried reaching out to them in person but they said they didn't know anything about it.

33 days on MLS and i didn't receive ONE phone call. Even if I was off on the price, I'd still get some interest. I realized that when they put the property on Facebook, Realtor.com, Zillow and other sites that if somone wants info on the property, they send them to a buyers Realtor and no where does it list the owners name and phone number. Those Realtors pay to have business sent their way.

Houzeo also expects a buyer to make a profile on their website to be able to communicate with others about the property. I could go on buy hopefully you've read this far. DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM.

I don't see how they have so many good ratings. Of course they won't give a refund.

How did your situation turn out? To be honest, my listing had incorrect contact information.

I let it ride for 26 days. No contacts at all yet I did have family and friends inquire. They had no record and no leads given or recorded. I am in a hot market and would definitely had some interest.

None! The assigned agent was a mess. I also just wasted $400… curious if you’ve had any luck getting a refund. I spoke with the same employees and I’m in the Pacific Northwest.

I called prior to going live and asked about this very issue?!? They assured that this very issue would not happen.

Update??? I see your listing is recent.

Gross incompetence

Be warned you won't get what you expect. You will have little to no control of your narrative.

Your photos will be branded by the listing agent you must choose to proceed. You will be lied to about what the MLS will actually accept. They tell you that a lot of what you want to say to describe your property is not allowed in the MLS. For example; I didn't want to say Master Suite.

But according to Houzeo the MLS would not allow the word Houzeo.

They do this to stack up points for themselves by responding to as many requests as possible without any concern for the request. It is bizarre.

No complaint. Have you credited my debit card ending in 8546 yet? Your company was suppose to email me that the credit has been applied.
