Dear Rockets Entertainment,

I am very disappointed how my team and guest were treated today at the Rockets Game Vs Golden State Warriors. I have had this show previously booked for months, as I always do.

I checked in frequently with Trevan Burton regarding our performance. As always the Houston Rockets will make our flyers. On our flyer that was given to me by Trevan it listed our special guest performers. We had Heavy Weight Musik, Tio Choko, and Official Lil Jesse and the school I teach at Crockett Elementary.

I explained to Trevan how everything would go. We spoke about this numerous times and I have emails and text to back this up. My dancers are ages 3-12 years old. I always like to double check with everyone that I am required to check in with because when youre working with children everything must be in place.

Today, after I had all my kids and parents ready to see an amazing family friendly show I was blindsided by the people working.

They waited until 1 minute before we went on to express that my guest couldnt go on. They said they were not approved. After all the hardwork and time and money spent on getting this entire show in place they wanted to rip it away. I couldnt enjoy myself because my kids were witnessing pure disrespect and unprofessionalism from your staff.

They screamed and yelled infront of my kids

Trevan seemed to have it out for all of us from the jump. I am very easy to work with and I have handled my business with the Rockets professionally since my team first performed back before COVID hit. We have always had a special guest appearance but the show has always been catered to building self confidence and self esteem in young minds.

Two other people who I have never met before treated me and my team like we were insignificant. All of my guest have previously performed at the Toyota Center.

My concern is the integrity of the entire event.

Had we been notified as we sat for an hour waiting to go on that there would be a problem with our guests coming on the floor with us we could have discussed and came to the solution.

Instead we were told at the very last minute while IN THE TUNNEL right before we were about to take the court for our performance. Professionally speaking if I had not been doing my job properly we wouldnt have had a flyer made with all of our guest announced on it. TREVAN KNOWS WE SPOKE ABOUT EVERYTHING.

I have a video where they are literally yelling and disrespecting the entire show. What a huge distraction for the children.

I paid money to perform for this event.

What a waste of money time and effort.

This was really unfair. This was embarrassing for us and embarrassing for your organization to treat human beings this way; especially children who worked so hard to put on a show.

It was supposed to be a magical night.

I told Trevan about everything so it was very devastating to see him act as if he didnt know and that it wasnt approved.

I cant imagine how this behavior would ever be acceptable.
