Unprofessional and uncaring
Their fax machine never works so if you need to get time sensitive, important documents to them you have to take in person. Have complained about it three times and they don't care.
My mom is moving into an apartment with a section 8 voucher and she was promised the inspectors would be there 8/29, fully aware that her move in date was 8/30.
The never showed up and we had to cancel our moving truck while in the process of loading (but still having to pay full price since they were already there.) No one, not even the apartment complex can get a hold of anyone in the inspection department. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!
