The Housing Authority is a DIRTY-CROOK
It refuses to refund my security deposition after 62 days when the policy is within 21 days from the date of moving out. It told different stories every time I called.
On 7/18 it said the check would be sent. On 7/29 it said refund of $749.20 would be sent right away for the end of the week receipt. On 8/8, for the first time, it said my account has been closed and unable to reissue the check because a check was cut and sent on 6/23/2019????? And it would not make stop-payment of the check never received from 6/23.

For over 2 years it would not fix the leaky roof from the rain or boiler. I started to smell mold in my apartment.
The Housing Authority is a DIRTY CROOK. Refuses to take any action against the violent/charging/biting dog roaming in and out of the apartment complex, attacking and biting senior residents and visitors.

Develops new units without window, no screen door for the patio door. When temperature arose over 80 and 90 degrees, by opening the patio door for air, insects flew in, fly and mosquitos and fruit fly all over.
