My Maytag washer died after four years. Of course the bearing broke, which is a very command problem with these washers. The problem is they use a very cheap bearing and seal to save money on their cost. This ends up costing you the consumer a lot of money to repair...
Thermador - Freezer tape won’t come off

I gave a freedom 30” freezer and fridge. The freezer has tape on the instead that can’t be removed.
I called Thermador they told me to try mineral oil to remove. This freezer cost me $6300.00.
And they don’t know which tape they should use. And customer service gives me this dumb respond

Hoover - Poor customer care

I bought Hoover vacuum 4 months ago. Suddenly brush head is not working.
It has 2 year warranty. So I called customer service, the lady said return the item by mail I jave to pay shipping then they send me a new one. So i was waiting for emal several days after i called but they didnt. 4days later I contact with them again but they said they can not accept return. I sent another message but they ignore me.
They have poor customer care. Also product is really sucks.

Continue to get clothes that come out - non clean, I think that's part of the HE issue , not enough water. Clothes were coming out stretched , with tares, shredded blanket edges, or entire holes 6-8 inches wide on my dresses, soft shirts, shorts.
Horrible!! Thinking I am getting away from the Maytag brand, they just are not what they used to be.
Very Disappointing. Just an fyi, initially I thought it was the dryer - tearing up the clothes because the bolt in the back of the dryer.. I think it has caused some tears or the stretched out items that have gotten caught and twisted in the dryer cycle. Turns out it was from the washer.
