Lost $150

I have never been so suckered by a company in my life!! I ordered $150 of worth of hair clippers and clipper blades from them and after the money was taken I never received any products or further communication! It has now been close to 2 1/2 months and I have tried calling and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and have been unsuccessful in getting any further communication from the company. Every time I called during business hours all I got was a busy signal and I also tried email which was never answered either. Never use this company if you want what you paid for!!

Terrible Appliance Co. Takes $$ and no product!

We ordered a Mixing Bowl from them over 6 weeks ago and still have not received the product! In addition a month later they charged us for a second bowl! When contacting them by phone (which is very hard to do) they drug us along for weeks saying that the product was out of stock and we will be sending it soon. Obviously they sold us a product they did not have! We have been on the phone several times with them. Now after over 6 weeks have passed, two credit card charges, we called to get a refund. They state that they can't do that because both bowls (we only ordered 1) have been shipped. Avoid this company like the plague!! Poor customer service and attitudes! They sell products they don't have! They have terrible accounting / inventory capabilities!! They are located online at householdappliance.com Physical address is: 7034 N.
