Worse products ever

I have been using Xcessive conditioner and protein treatment for a year . Trust me it is the worse decision ever I have made to buy this product. My hair felt like barb wire every time I apply the conditioner and to add on the Protein treatment did absolutely nothing. The staff convinced me that my hair was being severely damaged due to constant colouring and straightening that it will take a while for the products to repair the damage. After convincing myself and using them for about a year I got frustrated and decided to change my conditioner to another known profession brand...just in one application and my hair has gone back to normal smooth and shiny. You have no idea how it felt feeling my natural hair texture back after a long agonising wait. Well this tells the truth about Xcessive products...just don't use them.

Xcessive WORST product line by daniel mostyn

I was a client there for a couple of years so when his product line came out i trusted it very much. The first time i bought it i explained to Daniel and the stylist that my hair felt like barbed wire after using it and the conditioner did not even feel like it did anything and my styling product felt like a bunch of oil. It was not only the products itself but also the pump didnt work and the styling product had leaked all the time. They gave me the excuse that the new line was coming out and that this one was not made right and it was a teaser. I swallowed my words and gave it another try and again to the same thing. The told me again to try the newer one and WOW again. This product should be taken off the market. I have complained to consumer affairs and so has a few friends of mine. If a product does not reach consumer standards it should not be sold. My stylist was really nice and admitted themself that the product is disgusting and if anything has made my hair feel like absolute ***. Sorry for the language. I hope people see this product for what it actually is and i would rather use dish washing detergent in my hair than this atleast they do the same thing. Ale

Worst reply i have ever seen come from a company. How can you tell somebody there hair "feels like ***, because it is ***". I am appalled by the response. If one of my staff members wrote this to someone or a client publicly i would fire them, or if this is coming from the owner i would be worried for your company.

This is ABSOLUTE ***. Mabey your hair felt like *** because it is ***, just like your attitude. XCESSIVE is an AMAZING PRODUCT and as a stylist myself I know just how much clients winge and whine about anything that is not PACKED with silicone. THIS brand is an Australian Achievement and it needs support. Not Slander. As a client in a salon, your feedback directly to the company owner would have been enough and your care and concern also probably would have gotten you a great deal of thanks due to your honesty. Obviously you and your stylist are no longer part of the brand and salon name and it's a shame because XCESSIVE is amazing. I have been hairdressing 10 years and it's the best product I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.

Your attitude "Xcessive Stylist" clearly comes out of the pathetic staff and rude staff that you are . I have also tried this horrid product.

Your owner is as rude and arrogant as his staff. As a stylist that has worked for 10years you should know more. That stylist was clearly honest. Your rude attitude towards this complaint shows your skills and manner towards your brand.

I wonder why your company has had to re brand four times because of pathetic excuse of a company and staff and now product line with your poor customer service.

I have copied and pasted your response as a stylist at Xcessive and will make sure your response goes viral. Pathetic excuse of a stylist you are.

Its not what AHFA think of your product, just remember it is the consumer who makes you money, But a young and immature business mind would reply like you did :) :grin
