My parcel is lost
On saturday, my parcel was sent to the clifton road post office as i was not at my home. Then, i went to the post office to take my parcel and they said there is no pacel like this.

- - Order placed months ago was not shipped, canceled, and refund promised but not received.
It hasn't been solved. I have reached with them several times and either they don't answer me, either they say they are gonna solve it but do nothing about it.
I am completely disappointed with the customer service, basically it's as if there was none. I will definetely never buy again in House of sunny, neither recommend it to anyone.
I have been trying to contact with you via mail and phone for a long period and I still have no response. Almost months ago I ordered a product.
A month passed by and the product wasn't even sent, so I cancelled the order. We talked via mail and you told me you would cancel the shipment and refund me the money asap.
But it's been a month and I haven't received my money back. Now you won't even answer me.

Hello. Both DHL and I have attempted to get into contact with you multiple times regarding returning my package waybill # 966904**** and no one is responding!!!
The package will be getting destroyed by DHL today if theres no response this is an emergency. All that needs to be provided by house of sunny to DHL is a letter of authorization for them to return the shipment.
