Disappointed
This is at the Cypress location. My wife and I went for breakfast Easter Sunday, the food was not served as asked. We brought some "small pies" to take home, so far only tried the pecan pie, it should be called corn syrup pie because of the lack of nuts. Kirby location much better. Won't do Cypress again.

My gift card was not accepted.
I attempted to use a gift card for a pie purchase on 6/24/22 at the LA store on Vermont Ave. I was told by the manager that my gift card had expired and that they only last for 6 months. I explained to her that there is no expiration date on the card and the state of California does not allow business to put limits on gift card use. (My gift card was purchased on 10/6/2020 and I have the receipt to prove it.) She said she didn't care and gave me a number to call (323-668-****). No one answers this phone, and you cannot leave a message. This manager is notorious for being rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I would like my $25 gift card reinstated.
