Not all items shipped
They did not ship all the items that I ordered. I paid for 6 refrigerator filters and they only shipped 4.
They will not answer the phone or answer my emails.
Have done business with them in the past and had no problems. Will not order from them again and would strongly advise everyone to stay away.

They shipped the wrong filter, so I returned it for a refund or replacementt with absolutely=
After trying for a few months to make contact with them, they finally sent me a return USPS return label for the wrong filter. I returned it on 8/30/2023 with absolutely no response from them or refund.
I have tried calling with not answers. On10/9/2023 I sent another letter asking for a refund or replacement, again absolutely no response from them.
I don't know what else to do. Can you please help me.

My order was incorrectand they will not return my calls to corrcect it.
I received an order of filters and was shipped the wrong filters with no return calls from them. Please correct my order as soon as you can.
