After trying for a few months to make contact with them, they finally sent me a return USPS return label for the wrong filter. I returned it on 8/30/2023 with absolutely no response from them or refund.

I have tried calling with not answers. On10/9/2023 I sent another letter asking for a refund or replacement, again absolutely no response from them.

I don't know what else to do. Can you please help me.
