Refusal to return or refund items contrary to their return policy
This is a review of House of CB, a london based womens clothing brand.
They are refusing to honor their return and refund policy and instead claiming neither are permitted, despite me cancelling my order within seconds of placing it mistakengly. AVOID this scam business that you can't get ahold of besides via emails that they don't reply to. What kind of sketchy business has no customer service phone number and the only way to reach them is by email so they can tell you there's nothing that can be done.
Learn from my $800 mistake and run far far away from these ***
