Unauthorized charges

Unauthorized charges on my credit card. They do not take cash so you have to use a credit card for purchases. I am waiting for them to get back with me on these charges Beware, they have thieves working there.

The company thats false advertising the garden prices at the location of Houston. They are gouging.

. If prices are being gouged because of low count, it needs to be on the website if you look at the website it does not show that at all I just want a $50 $59 seat because my hip is bad.

I just returned from costa rica.I was at car los santana last night 1o min before the concert ended,1 of your lame security guards told me I was moving to fast,I told him I will do anything I want at anytime.HE told me to come with him,to a back room with 5 other guards after ruining my high ,they told me to leave through some back doors.I have never had a BUZZ KILL after experincing such a great concertt.YOUR STAFF IS INCOMPETaNT AND YOU OWE ME FOR THE BUZZ KILL FOR NO REASON>THERES NO EXPLAINATION FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.YOUR WORTHLESS STAFF MEMBER RUINED MY NIGHT AND YOU NEED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.*** OFF AND DIE OR TAKE CARE OF ME>After the fact I talked with your SO_CALLED MGMT.HE DID NOT HAVE A CARD A FULL NAME AND *** UP MY NIGHT,IF THATS HOW YOU OPERATE YOUR BUSINESSWILL SHOW YOU HOW I OPERATE MINE.*** TO SAY THE LEASTTEST YOUR LOSERSSORRY MOTHER ***.I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MGM ENTERTAINMENT.You have my id that was photographed by another loser.I am awaiting a response,but due to your staff actions,you probably wont respond,I am betting on it.

Blues at the house of blues

purchased tickets online for a boney james concert the ticket i purchased had seat numbers on them I paid $75 per ticket got 4 tickets when we got there we were told its standing room only then asked if we wanted to spend another $300.00 for vip seating. Being too old to stand for 2-3 hrs they sold us seats for $100.00.

The venue is small, the tv's were off you could only see the tops of their heads. I feel its false advertising to put numbers on a standing room only ticket.

Let people know what to expect. But Boney made me smile again he was awesome.
