Order ref 6252a6f6a0b0c - not arrived

Hi, I placed an order (ref above) on 10 April and was advised it would be delivered between 12-15 April (paid extra for priority 1st class). I recieved an email on 12 April (order number in email 94431) saying the staus of the order has been changed to sent. I have still not recieved the order and should appreciate it would could provide an accurate update of the status please. I paid extra for the priority delivery as Ineeded the products urgently. Having read some Trust pilot reviews i am now becoming increasingly concerned and poor contact and orders not being recieved so would be gratful if you could get back to me asap. Many thanks.

Terrible unprofessional rude

I ordered a highlighter 27th of may for my birthday in june and was supposed to take up to 7 days for delivery.I heard nothing for almost 3 weeks and tonnes of emails so i commented on their fb page and a few days later received a refund in my paypal.I was very confused so i emailed and was told in reply my address was incorrect so they sent refund.I checked the address and it was correct so i dont know why they did sent refund.Also, they didnt refund the cost of delivery only the items cost which i am furious about as it was their mistake.Since then i have sent at least 10 emails and they have ignored every one.I am so angry that they treat customers this way.My advice avoid them at all cost!
