I think they need to change the clear container that the concealer comes in. This is the second time that I have dropped a brand new one, and the top part snaps right off and it's broken.
Now I can't put it in my makeup bag as it's broken right off. So I have to stand it up and wipe off and waste most of the product because it doesn't come through the hole to take off the excess concealer. I'm so pissed.
Please can you send me a new one. In silk???

There is NO customer with this company, no on ever answering the phone is always a voicemail. Email is impossible because keep on needing the authorization code, but never any authorization code send
There isn't any customer service support with this company. I didn't receive my products, even though it said they had been delivered!

I couldnt race customer service. And trying to call them was a pain!!
You cant just dial the number.
You have to put in your email, phone and a security code- and I still couldnt speak to anyone. Great products, poor customer service!

Product question
To whom this may concern:
I am looking for a replacement for your hidden corrective concealer product, in the color Natural. I recently searched and think, that its discontinued or at least the Natural color.
Ive only seen it left in Sable. Im very disappointed because I absolutely love the product !! Very easy to apply because its a solid and in a lipstick type container.
Please bring back or recommend similar product/ and color. Love this product and dont want to spend $$$$ on Cle de peau similar product.

I don't have any complaints. I wanted to switch all of my cosmetic needs over to Hourglass but I have noticed that there's Mica in some of your products and I wanted to know if the Mica used is ethically sourced?

Allergic reaction to Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked
In brief, I purchased Hourglass(10) Hydrating Skin Tint and your 6 palette Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked. Shannon of the Harrods Lakeside Branch demonstrated and dealt with this transaction.
I went over budget but was keen to purchase a vegan product. I was thrilled with my new purchases. I used as directed the next day and within a couple of minutes of applying the palette colours my skin began to itch and there was some redness appearing. I perservered until it worsened and I the had to remove it all.
I tried for the next three days and received the same reaction.
I then returned to Lakeside and spoke in depth to Paige and Abbi of the Harrods branch. Sadly they informed me that I would have to contact yourselves regarding this matter.
I was quite cross as this was quite a journey for me and what was meant to be a special treat has turned into an expensive disaster. Having said the the foundation is beautiful or could it be once the palette of colours were added; prove that they were not compatible?
I am out of pocket and although I did not keep my receipt the purchase is listed on my credit card for verification alongside Shannon, Paige and Abbi's recognition of this problem.
I would be grateful for your comments and would request a refund at your earliest convenience.
