What I received was not what I ordered
The company told me to reach out to the manufacturer. I purchased from Hot Cover Spot and I don't care who made it. It's not my problem who made it so the seller is responsible for resolving this issue.Michael
When I put it on, the skirt was way too tight. (See photos) There is no way to adjust it as it's part of the cover. The top of the cover appears to fit okay, but when they made the skirt, they goofed. I contacted the company, and Kevin replied that it was custom-made and there are no returns.
They had the correct measurements but screwed up. I will contact my credit card company and contest the charge.
This company goes by several names including PartsforSpas.com, Stonewood Manufacturing, HotTubCoverSpot.com to name a few. If you need a hot tub cover, choose anyone but this company!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. When I paid for the cover the invoice showed $0 for shipping but there was "fine print" that stated that there could be an additional charge for shipping because of increased shipping cost, then I got an email stating that if I wanted to continue with the order I would be charged $210 - I CANCELLED!
They advertised a SPA Cover with "Free Delivery" so I placed the order after emailing customer service for about two days. Two days later I get an email telling me that it could not be delivered unless I pay an additional $210.00 to cover the rise in shipping cost???
I CANCELLED THE ORDER! Let the buyer be ware, I would not recommend or use this company.
