It seems like someone who wasn’t able to create an opportunity for themselves takes aim at diminishing opportunities for others. I’ve worked for this guy for quite some time now.

I work under the SAME contract and I’ve never had any problems with it. If you break it, you fix it or buy it... If you can’t come in to run your account.. hire someone who can.

Want to terminate service.... give a notice. Simple guidelines to ensure that the Customers that retain the services of this company never get the raw end of the deal... and ensures that everyone thats inclusive of the service..

What person in business would subject themselves to actions by others that are detrimental to what they’ve worked hard for to build all of their lives without setting standard protections? What about the guys who do abide by their agreements? Moreover, as contractors, we all have choices.

If you chose to work any amount of hours. Why are you complaining? That guy works just as hard as any other person. It seems that the only ones that create trouble are individuals who are careless, don’t want to work or simply don’t take the opportunity seriously.

I’ve grown to be a partner with him, therefore, your review is not only the half truth.. because you DID NOT disclose what action caused your experience.

The owner of HOTTSHOTTAZ, INC, (Mikal Keel) is a unprofessional business man with LACK OF TALENT MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF TRUST. He paid an employee their salary then immediately voided/cancelled the check after the employee deposited the check into their account, having the person assess Fees by their bank .

Mikal did not inform or communicate through the proper channels as a Business Owner/Manager while COMMITTING THIS MALICIOUS ACT BEHIND HIS employee back. Mikal showed no Integrity, no respect and was not Honest BY ACTING IN A COWARD MANNER. Mikal has done this to a lot of former employees! Mikal Keel FAILED to communicate as a professional business Owner/ Manager in which he will DO THE SAME TO HIS CUSTOMERS!

This kind of action will AFFECT and TOXIC his contracts with his CUSTOMERS and his future and current employees. Mikal Keel works his employees 15-18 hours a day with no days off which in fact may violate the Department of Transportation Law. Mikal forces his drivers to deliver packages to customer's home after Midnight which puts his employees at risk and danger. Mikal has his employees sign a BOGUS AND FUZZY CONTRACT AGREEMENT that he is using against his employees with CHEAP LABOR!

Mikal always promise and entice his employees with Great Pay but he failed to follow through on his promises!! Mikal Keel Bullies his employees, he has Poor Leadership SKILLS, Poor Integrity, Lack of Accountability, Poor Communication Skills, Doesn’t show appreciation or give recognition to employees, Unavailable or avoids tough conversations, Lacks humility or self-awareness, Manages with fear, not fairness, Over-Stress/Over Work his employees and Doesn’t live up to workplace values! Don’t let MIKAL take advantage of YOU by pushing Risk and UNSAFE Responsibilities on you while keeping the benefits for HIMSELF! It is VERY important to talk to a lawyer in GEORGIA BEFORE WORKING FOR HOTTSHOTTAZ, INC who is familiar with employment law!

Fabian Chandler.... You signed a contract agreeing to give the company a 30 day notice before you discontinued service. In the contract, it states that if you DO NOT give notice.. any amount owed is forfeited.

This was explained to you throughly BEFORE you signed it.

What happened here sir is that YOU failed to adhere to your contractual obligations and were held to account for them. You could have asked for a meeting and chose to sever the relationship amicably. Instead you chose to neglect your assign accounts which were all but guaranteed to you W/O proper notice. To anyone who’s reading this review.

If you’re looking for a serious opportunity, steady work.. which is tough work however.. give me a call so that I may have the pleasure of COUNTERING THIS GUYS REVIEW OF THEOPERATION! On the contrary, if you’re looking for a quick fix..

The guy that runs this small operation is a con artists by the name of Mikal Keel +1 (40*) 626-****. This is one individual when people warned you about at the job you’ll see for yourself.

Horrible individual to sub contract under skip him go to the main source he has a contract with as a courier. If you work for him he has paperwork drawn-up that will not allow you to surpass him or make your own independent contractor money.

I work for this poor excuse of an employer who works you 15 hours a day, lies, and renege on pay structured. Not only did this wanna be business man short me out of two weeks pay, but upon deciding I would no longer work for him he put a stop payment on the (check) money that was already issued out to me.

How low down, dirty, and desperate can you be? Definitely not ethical or a real boss move.

Bypass this individual and go straight to the main source as an independent courier! Do not answer any ads on Craigslist working for this POS (Hott Shottaz Inc) (Mikal Keel). He’s a backstabbing lying con artist who takes advantage of people.

He puts an excessive amount of work on you and he knows that you will quit so your money will be forfeited or taken. Then he starts the process over straight hood ConMan!
