It doesn't matter we're being in troubles missing money and costumers a lot, we decided renewing one more year "18 numbers" hoping you guys take care on this matter, and is really sad we never get attended on the costumer service by phone.

NETTALK ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT Negative 5 star rating
by PissedConsumer1056001 #1056001
My DUO which worked for 3 year suddenly went south. There is no direct or even indirect support with this company.
So I gave up but, three months after writing emails and tickets I get a renewal notice. So they certainly are aware when it comes time to collect money but have no way of backing up what you buy from them. When I emailed back with my complaint they said they would send me a new device but now I am wondering if I want any thing to do with this company.
Too bad when it worked everything is fine but if you need help forget it. Go to magic jack, or just get a cheap cell phone

NetTALK's telecom network is experiencing denial-of-service hacking today. It has worked fine for 3+ years, but all of a sudden, our netTALK Duo is dead in the water. It has dial-tone but will not call out. Since there is no real customer service it is really anyone's...
Verizon Wireless - Simple Review #1492646110

Avoid Verizon MIFI, the words throttle back basically means Choked Down. After 10 gigs it sent us a text saying we were cut back to 3G. The service wouldn't even open a page on our laptops afterwards, stay far, far away from Verizon MIFI.
Verizon Wireless Mifi 6620L problems
by Vet21 #9201841.0
I have a Verizon Wireless MiFi unit for the internet. I had to replace the old one due to resetting the unit was not working.
I am now wondering if the replacement unit is on the fritz. The problem for the past 7 days, soon after the refurbished unit arrived, I keep getting kicked off of the internet. I can get pages to load then all of a sudden, I lost the connection. I tried to chat with them, but it seems that Chat is no longer being used by Verizon.
I won't call since it takes forever to get to the Tech with the knowledge. I have pulled the battery and the SIM card most every time this happens. And it happens multiple times each day. I am lucky to get a 3G with 2 bars, sometimes 4G with 1 bar.
[4G speed here is like a snail in winter] [I did a speed test upload was 0.01, download was 0.10] Verizon Wireless won't even give me the Veteran Discount that I qualified for.
I would have been better off with dial-up. At least with the slow loading I would know the reason.
Nettalk - Net Talk Customer Support Vacuum

My 83 year old mother is dependent on Net Talk, something her cheapskate husband set up. He recently died, and was the patient *** who figited and cussed whenever it stopped working, spending hours trying to get it working again according to my mother.
Well its *** out again and she is clueless with him being gone. I talked her thru the basic paper clip reset trick, and the power fail reset methods one must revert to when dealing with black boxes. Her ATT Fibre to the home router is working fine, but the Net Talk goes down for 20 hours, comes up for an hour and dies again. The Net Talk Chat via internet is useless as it does not work and they have no listed phone numbers.
Mom doesnt know how to use a computer and so is in a pickle. Her husband just died and she is in the middle of dealing with many many people and agencies who are now unable to contact her. In the meantime we have loaned her a cell phone, and as a fast as I can contact ATT I will get her a land line, which will probably be an ATT VOIP as she has Fiber to the home.
It is not worth the $37 a year for an unreliable phone system when your 83 years old and have the money to buy a reliable phone service that may cost 10 times more. They have had the Net Talk for a couple of years, after abandoning Majic Jack for the same problems.

Had a TK6000 since 2012. Loved it no problems until it died. Bought a Duo WiFi and started jumping through hoops with customer no-service in India. First it took 4 days to get the account changed over to the new unit. Plugged it in and noticed no phone ring when lig...
