Not getting any response from web chat
Hi, I am really disappointed with customer service. I have been paying insurance since I bought my Hotpoint fridge/freezer.
The first time in 5 years I called Domestic and General to repair my fridge was in October. The engineer called on 25th October. On his inspection, he notified me that my faulty door seal was the cause of my problems. He said he's ordered a new one and it will be here in a week, and he will repair it then.
It's been over 2 weeks; my freezer keeps going off with a bleeping loud noise. I am not getting anywhere; the web chat has had no positive feedback because he cannot understand English spoken or written!
