Hotpads.com does not provide a phone number for customer service. I emailed and did receive a response but no resolution.
They misrepresented my property to the point it hurt me financially. I will never post on their website again.
This company uses a faulty algorithm to determine its estimates on property values. Their customer service is terrible.
You cannot call them and explain their errors. They misrepresent your listing. Unfortunately, the consumer relies on them for their expertise.
This is a company that should be taken to court and sued for misrepresentation. They are doing a tremendous disservice to the public.
User's recommendation: DO NOT rely on their “Price Comparison” section. There is a glitch in their system and they do not correct it.
