How Rude!!!
It was a minor shipping address error, the guy thomas@***.com just went apes unprofessional on me in 1/2 emails he not only blames me, but he verbal attacked me. Im telling everbody i know about this company, Dont Buy Here!!! They are extremely unprofessional and rude!

I had 1st email hotjackets.com in regards to placing an order, I just emailed the following: If I order a jacket to ship to my California location, how long will it take to receive it, also do you have a phone number so I could place my order or do I have to do it online?
Then I received this: Hello, Takes 3-4 business dyas.All orders must be placed online.
And I replied back by asking this: Are the jackets authentic?
And I received this in response: Yes they are... however..I ma not imterested in taking an order from you.
Did I ask the wrong questions???
