WORST BOOKING COMPANY EVER
- Hotel offered partial refund after elevator incident, the fire department rescued us, and Hotelogical hasn't processed it for 6 months.
I booked through this agency, and all was well until the hotel manager offered me a partial refund for getting trapped in the hotel elevator for over an hour. They had to call the fire department to get my daughter and me out.
All the while, my daughter was having a panic attack. I contacted Hotelogical (the third-party booking agency) for my refund as instructed by the hotel manager, and it has been ongoing for over six months! First, they said the hotel manager needed to approve it, and he did. Then they said he needed to inform them in writing, so he did that as well.
Then they sent me an email saying my refund was on its way, but I never got it! No one will answer any emails or calls! This place is a joke.
Don't go through the same headache I am. Book elsewhere; these people are frauds and worthless, to say the least!

I booked a hotel with this company. I went to the hotel minutes later, and they said I needed a credit card.
I don't have one, so the guy at the desk said they would refund my money. Well, it's been going on 6 days and there's no sign of my money, so I guess I'm getting screwed.
I'm not sure about you, but I work in construction and I work hard for my money. It's not right for it to just be stolen from me!

I mistakenly booked a room for the wrong date. Made contact with customer service when I realized this and impressively was assisted.
My money was refunded without any questions asked. A very responsible and responsive company.

- Agent Christian was unprofessional, pressuring us to cancel and pay full price.
- We have not been refunded.
I called on the 20th to inform you all that Ive made a mistake in my booking and the agent Christian was so unprofessional with my husband and instead f helping us he was making us cancel our reservations and pay full price. It was a nightmare and worst customer service me and my husband have ever received . We still have not yet got out money refunded.

The worst call experience ever!!! We spoke to a customer representative named Christian and he wasnt able to help us out with our problem .
All me and my boyfriend were trying to do was change the date to our reservations. Instead of helping us he was screwing is over making us cancel our reservation and pay a fee.
