Ruse waitress at hotel reataurantComplaint

Ice sat at the bar to get breakfast this morning. The very rude woman who was the waitress, turned to me and said you need to stand in line, very loudly. Then she went on to say in a loud voice that I cut in front of all these people, and she pointed to them. It was humiliating, and she was ignorant, and I didnt realize there was a line. Thats why I did not sit at the table, I went directly to the bar and asked her do you serve breakfast at the bar. This question is what started the above Rant to me in a loud voice. The hotel manager that I reported it to a blonde woman was not helpful not sympathetic didnt care and told me to stop pointing my finger. She was very rude as well. Im very unimpressed. My parents, the LePore family have been staying in the hotel indigo for years and years and years when they come to Sarasota. We will never ever stay here again. They were terrible.

Hotel Indigo - Complaint
Hotel c customer service was pitiful ridiculous and did not satisfy the needs of my stay we did not have hot water they changed my room my second room did not have hot water the heat ventilation was very loud and the state was terrible I would like a refund of my rewards points back and I would like this to be made right

Direct number to hotel out of service and customer service number will not let me speak with anyone

Phone number included with confirmation email has an out of service number as does the website for the hotel. Took multiple calls to different numbers and and robots to finally get an opportunity to speak with someone. There should be a better way for your existing costumers to speak with sustainer service. Or change room details on the app.

I stayed at the hotel Indigo in Del Mar on Thursday and Friday night this week. I think you should know I was very unhappy about my stay I paid for a suite It was very basic. The first night for $300 the second night was near $700 The sitting room area was very bare with only one chair at the table for two people Were we supposed to take turns sitting down ? Very basic room furnishing The bathroom was tiny and there was an assortment of very meager toiletries none of them of the same brand. It felt like you had raided another hotel for their products. The towels were not very good quality. The staff were friendly but the whole hotel smelt of very cheap air freshener I suspect to cover the fact that some of the staff were smoking in their staff room It certainly wasnt the stay I was expecting and certainly not worth $1000 To add insult to the bill I was charged $10 a night for self parking outside your property I am very dissatisfied with my stay and doubt I would stay again in an Indigo hotel I felt very depressed when I left your hotel yesterday I have to say

Just to be clear me my wife and my ten years old daughter got turned away to a cold night 3 days before christmas because of the way he said "we look " but he didn't see me or my daughter so specifically called my wife of 10 years a crackhead Because she don't wear a suit and tie I'll be getting your supervisors name and everything to make sure he don't have job in the morning

I booked 7 days at the hotel. I got bed bug bites my first night. They switched me to another room. After I showed them the pictures two days later and asked for compensation, they only offered to refund my stay but not willing to offer anything more. The hotel fully admitted it was their wrong doing but insistd there's nothing more to offer. The bed bug bites were very bad and swell the entire week. Still did not disappear after almost four days. When I asked the hotel owner to give me the contact info for his manager at IHG group, he refused and simply asked me to call customer service. His attitude was very condescending and said to me "I'm not negotiating with you!", "Why don't you just ask for a million points?", etc.
