Property manager has horrible customer service skills

Room was nice accept the TV did not work. I was told by staff that property manager would issue refund 3 days later Dillion the property manager returned a phone call blaming hotel.com for why he was not able to offer a fecund I contacted hotel.com , they contacted the property and finally Dillion issued a refund Dillion is a lied, he could have done this all along. Or simply have waved the parking fee (20.00). Ver poor customer service

User's recommendation: Do not book her they are not trustworthy.
