Cancellation
Good luck trying to cancel a subscription. They can't find my order.
Finally, today after calling and calling, I finally got a live person. She gave me my order number, and finally they found my info, but she said she does not handle cancellations. I asked to be transferred to someone who does. Then she said one guy handles the cancellations, and that he wasn't there today!
Only one person handles this company's cancellations?
B.S. She said someone would call me back, and she would send me an email with her info...

Cancel subscription
The product is wonderful, but their website lacks the option to cancel or contact customer service. Whether it is a tactic or not, I don't know.
However, neither the website nor customer service could ever find my account.
Their page kept showing that I hadn't ordered anything, even though I had been charged over 300.00 in the last two months. Also, Aroma360 and Hotel Collection have the same website under different names, further adding to the confusion.

Just awful trying to get customer service
Had a hard time finding a number to call, then no one answered my call after 30 minutes I hung up.
Not too thrilled with the sound of the fan
Very difficult to set up the unit. I had to watch video multiple times and then read the book multiple times.
Tome, not very intuitive.
The jury is still out about how welll I like the system.
Once I get it figured out, I might like it better. For today, I just gave up.
