Today I went to the hotel chocolate and I had a lunch there, afterwords I was trying to pay for a 3 chocolates and a rum but the card machine didnt work, I tried 2 times and at the end I left it. However I get the payment in my banc account for 35 dollars.
please let me know how can I send you the picture of my back details and the picture of the ticket with the cancel written there.I have to say that the service in the store was really really bad

I had to telephone you today to place an order. This is the second time I have had to do this.
This was because I was trying to order on-line - but after I had given my card details, my address, and address of the recipient of my gift, nothing happened - could not get onto the final page to confirm.
Not happy!
This is sad because I have ordered many times on-line in the past very easily!

I’ve not ordered but been sent a message about a delivery from Hotel chocolate
- - I'm getting texts about a Hotel Chocolate delivery to the wrong address.

I keep getting texts advising me of a Hotel Chocolate delivery, I stay in then get a message that its been delivered. The photo is not my house!

- - I stopped a shoplifter from leaving at 15:30 on Mon 21 Feb.
- - A woman removed items and hid them in her coat.
- - Two till staff did nothing to help.
I stopped a shoplifter from leaving this store on mon 21 feb at approx 15.30. I clearly saw this lady femove items and place them inside her coat before attempting to leave the store without paying.
I called to the 2 staff at the till, who all but shrugged their shoulders and did nothing to help me, and at this point i stood aside and let this shopliffter leave with the unpaid items.
This left me more the disappointed, unappreciated and angry. Wont be doing this again.
User's recommendation: Don't get involved by try to do the right thing as staff will not support you .
