Parking
Double room only receives one parking spot. Regardless that it holds eight people manager refused to allow a second car even though we are charged $12 a day for parking not included in rate.
Second car had to park 5 miles away, making getting everyone to a certain spot and convenient and taken two trips to do so
I have Covid need to cancel
We have been on hold for over a hour trying to cancel because I have Covid. We will try again later but not a good sign for customer service when you dont have enough people to answer a phone.
Change dates
I have been calling all day to change my dates to visit the hotel. I called at least 40 times.
I held on 30+ minutes at least 10 times.
I call 800&843 numbers, no answer. But you didn't hesitate to take my money..
Preferred solution: Change my dates and waiver my parking
User's recommendation: Don't book online with the hotel. Use booking.com. at least you talk to someone.
How can I change my dates online because I can't get no one on the phone
I made reservations this morning for the 23rd thru 26th of this month. I been calling y'all 800&843 numbers and no answer after 30 calls and 10 of them I held on for over 30 minutes.
I just want to change my dates it that's possible.
