Was not refunded for a day I didn’t stay

When checking out I told her that the room had cockroaches and she said We have extensive pest control and Honey your in New Mexico where there is cockroaches not only was there cockroaches there was a bug in the bed. When I looked up online it said it was a carpet beetle.

The tub water would not shut off.

Nothing was done about anything then my deposit was not refunded after check out. When called they said it could take up to 4-5 business days to be refunded.
