I've a failed product - sent 2 emails and NO REPLY

The company obviously doesn't need any more business as they don't reply to emails. Product good and well made however, it now won't charge.

Hi Keith, Our customer service email address is customer.support@***.com (please note the dot after customer, and octopus has two S). I have checked the system and we have never received an email from you, and there are no orders for someone with your name on our system.

If you would like to try again using the email I have provided above, and FAO'ing myself, I would be happy to help.

Hi Keith, You say you emailed twice, but once was to an email that doesn't go anywhere (the IT one), and the other was to one that is only monitored sporadically. If you had emailed the address I gave you, I would have been able to deal with this quickly for you.
