No hair cut, but charged anyway
My step daughter went with her mother and grand mother to get her hair cut for school, she had a Posh cut before and went to have it done again. The lady who was to cut her hair argued about the style they chose, and then out of protest refused to do so, but charged them anyway (apparently for sitting in her chair). When I saw my daughter's hair it was no shorter then it was before she left. Since this was the owner of the business, there is no one to complain to about the lack of talent there, or ability to provide proper service.
