Company promised replacement but never comes through

NO QC or accurate shipping information

These people are *** My order sat for two days waiting for UPS to "pick up" the package. I emailed them, and amazingly the tracking updated.

Several days go by and they answer my email saying "Your package must have been lost. We have sent replacements". Interestingly enough that first package was sent via USPS, not UPS. I only got 2 out of 4 of the tags that I ordered as well.

I emailed them twice about the missing items and to verify what is in the replacement order. No response.....

Folks, stick to Chewy, or your local pet stores to get your tags made. These people are retards with no CS or quality control.

Poor Service, Lack of Ethics

Finally showed up on UPS's tracking, but have passed even their date of arrival.

Now, we have to go out of town for a family funeral. Do not expect to EVER see the merchandise and WILL NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

4:30 Tuesday afternoon. Still 'awaiting shipment'. Chatted with them and cancelled the order.

Went on Amazon and ordered 1 collar (all I really needed anyhow, but needed a $30 min at Hot Dog Collar to get free shipping) and I'll have it the day after tomorrow. This is why Amazon will put businesses like this out of business.

Terrible customer service - clearly DON'T care about the customer!!

Waited 2 more days, then sent an email to customer service. I received a reply that I should take a picture of the item and send it to them for review.

Sure, let me get right on that! So I told them to send me a pre-paid return label and they could examine it themselves!

Then I was blown off again by "someone will contact you in 2 business days". What an outfit - will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!!

Hope you paid via credit card and not a (dangerous)debit card. If so, dispute the charge as incorrect item.

At the least, they will incur a (usually)$25 dispute fee, more than you paid for the item---some satisfaction for you for their terrible customer service. Then, get on with life, perhaps re-naming the pooch to conform to the new tag?

BIG disappointment

Took too long to arrive, the small collar is huge, they no longer carry what we ordered, (even though it still appears on their website), so they wrote saying they no longer carried what we ordered, refunded us $3.00 and sent something else. Items not as pictured... just all around bad. My little girl was super excited for the things we ordered to arrive, opened the package.... Dud!

We ordered a hot pink "small" collar, that is huge, it was supposed to be heat stamped with our dogs' name on it, but they wrote saying they not longer carry the heat stamped collars, only offer embroidered now, so they sent that instead, the rhinestone letters don't fit on the collar we ordered, even though it showed them on the collar we ordered, and they just look "cheap."

Don't even bother with this company.

We ordered an XL for our shepherd and it would fit a medium sized dog. My 9 year old son had ordered this for his dog for Christmas and actually cried.

We wrote our first negative review of an item, and the company never posted the review.

They also never responded back to us.

Takes too long

I cannot write a review for the parts I have not received yet. All I can say is that regardless of the items being customized; it takes too long for this company to ship what you order.

I ordered several items a MONTH ago and I just received an e-mail that the order has been shipped and another e-mail saying that one of the items was on back order. They should mention that before charging my credit card.

Money is not the issue here, I gladly would have paid more for the items ordered if their service was better. Although I may order from this company again, I would think twice before I order something if I want it sooner than FOUR WEEKS !!!

Company Stole My Merchandise

I shipped an NFL NY Giants sweater, in error, to HOTDOGCOLLARS.COM. I had ordered it from CoolPetStuff (GOOD PLACE).

Yes it was my mistake, a *** mistake, but when I called the company they told me they never received it. I called the USPS, which I had a tracking number and they verified they delivered it. All of a sudden within an hour they tell me they have it. I was corresponding with the owner Courtney by email; he would not speak to me on the phone.

He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and told me via email to send a shipping label to them to ship it back to me. When I called back to get the weight of the item to purchase the shipping label, they told me they cannot find my sweater, and too bad for me!!!

So they stole my sweater, probably resold it!! BUYER BEWARE OF HOTDOGCOLLARS.COM!!!!!

Rude Supervisor at Hotdogcollars.com
