They Ripoff their customers

Wha should have been a one time payment, they charged me after 2 years of the initial purchase. While trying to ask for a refund, they said i am not eligible for their 60 days money back guarantee. Tried contacting them via phone, all emails, live chat, but i was never given any support, just links with general FAQ's. I just wanted my money back, but they refuse to refund and on top of that got my account's webhosting suspended.
