Domain was transferred to new company in January. Multiple phone calls with customer service that we were updating our website and no longer in need of their services. Received instructions for how to change account information and transfer the domain. In July, we get an email saying the account is still active and there is a balance due of $107.40 covering the service period of May, 2015-May, 2016. Apparently you can only completely cancel all services with a phone call - which we were not informed of in Jan. Altho they were providing NO services for us during this time period, once a bill is issued, it cannot be revoked or pro-rated. Then they had the nerve to ask if we would reconsider using them if they gave us a lower rate! WHAT????
