- - Emails from everyone.net are missing after the transition to Hostopia.
- - Do not use this vendor due to unreliability and poor support.
Hostopia (owned by deluxe.com) bought everyone.net, which hosts email accounts. After receiving numerous assurances that all would be transitioned seamlessly from everyone.net to Hostopia, it turns out that all of my emails back to the beginning of time are gone.
Maybe they will be restored at some point (customer service is not sure when), but it's already been more than a week.
I strongly recommend against using this vendor. They are not reliable, are difficult to reach and do not respond either timely and sometimes not at all.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
