Hostmaster web hosting stole100.00 from my paypal acct
it is now march 27 2013, I went back and forth with paypal. as far as HOSTMASTER.COM GOES, I WAS COMPL,WTELY IGNORED.
THE PHONE NUMBER THEY USE FOR THEIR PAYPAL RECEIPTS IS OUT OF SERVICE, THEY IGNORE YOUR EMAIL;S. I WAS ADVISED TO REPORT THIS TO (ic3 A DIVISION OF THE FBI INTERNET FRAUD UNIT ). I DID THAT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ON BRITISH WEBSITES WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED.
I CONTACTED THE LONDON L POLICE FRAUD DESK AND THEY GAVE ME A LINK TO REPORT THIS TO THE PROPER BRITISH AUTHORITIES. PAYPAL IS ALSO LOOKING INTO THEIR PRACTICES BECAUSE THEY REQUIRE A CUSTOMER CONTACT PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR RECEIPTS. BOTTOM LINE.. HOSTMASTER IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY BRITISH AUTHORITIES AND ARE A SCAM OPERATION.
HOSTMASTER.COM IS A WEBSITE HOSTING SERVICE THAT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED ABOUT THEM.. ( I LOST $ 100.00) PAYPAL WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME $60.00 OF THE MONEY BACK AT THEIR EXPENSE. THANK YOU PAYPAL!!

my wife was trying to make a xfer from our bank to the paypal acct, somehow.....hostmaster got in the middle and ended up with the 100.00, i filed a dipute with paypal...they said they cant do anything. i reopened a new dispute with them, waiting,,waiting,, .
i entered into no service agreement with (hostmaster.com) ,nor ever planned to use their services.. their cutomer service number on the paypal invoice does not work, they are slow to respond to emails i sent, and rude when they do reply.. they said they applied the 100.00 to my account,, i have no account with hostmaster.com, they refuse to return the money to my paypal account. tell me..
what king of company are they that they dont have customer service number on their website you can call.?
i advised paypal not to do business with this company anymore. they are not honest or reputable.

my wife was trying to make a simple funds tranfer form the bank account to paypal account. somehow hostmaster.com got in the middle of the transaction and ended up with $100.00 of my money, they are a website hosting company.
the customer service phone number listed on the paypal invoice is not functioning. i opened a dispute with paypal who says they cant do anything. i have escalated the issue with paypal, still waiting for a response.hostmaster.com refuses to return the money, i have no agreement with hostmaster.com and have received no services from them.nor do i plan to. they said they will credit my account.
i have no account with them. if you email them. they are slow to respond if at all.
hostmaster.com is a ripoff. there are other complaints about them on various websites as well
